Chairman of the Board of Directors - Colorado Springs Utilities
Led the Board of Directors for the last two years. We have conducted an exhaustive, and exhausting, review of the governance of the utilities and restructured how the board operates and investigated the potential for further restructuring. This process will continue in order to further improve the performance of the utility.
Delivered Southern Deliver on time and well under budget. Delivered the scrubber project for the Nixon and Drake power plants on schedule and on budget.

Chairman of the Board of Directors - Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments (PPACG). Coordinating the transportation planning, air and water quality monitoring, and Area Agency on Aging for the three county region (El Paso, Teller and Park counties). Long range planning for the region transportation requirements. Currently leading the Joint Land Use Study with the Department of Defense. Brought the state resources to bring the Cimarron and Fillmore I-25 interchanges to the city.

Council liaison to the Airport Commission. Coordinate with the Airport Commission and County Commissioners in support of our Colorado Springs Airport.

Council member with the City Investment Advisory Board to oversee the city investment portfolio.

Council member on the Audit Committee to oversee the audit processes of the City Auditor.
